I am experienced in working with issues such as Anxiety, Stress, Depression, Suicidal Ideation, Life Transitions, Abuse, Relationship Issues or Breakdown, Loss, Attachment Issues, Codependency, Sexuality and Identity, Low Self-Esteem, Self-defeating Behaviours, Spirituality, Schemas, Childhood or Adult Trauma, Fears and Phobias.

I work compassionately, integratively and collaboratively with you as an individual, using skilful techniques that holistically consider the whole person, working with the body, mind, emotions, behaviour and subconscious, whilst also bringing onboard your own innate wisdom that is wired for self-healing. 

It's important to integrate different therapeutic approaches, not just talking therapy, because sometimes we need to go beyond the thinking mind and work with aspects that may not be immediately obvious, be hidden from view, or held within the body.

I am also a specialist Trauma Therapist, and trained in Creative Arts Therapies, Hypnotherapy and Mindfulness, and I integrate these techniques into the therapeutic process as needed.
